We understand that things come up without notice. For a full credit or refund, orders must be cancelled by midnight PST at least THREE DAYS before your delivery. Orders cancelled before 8am PDT on Saturday for Monday delivery are subject to a credit only. We cannot accept cancellations or issue any credits after 8am PDT on Saturday for Monday deliveries or after 8am PDT on Tuesday for Thursday deliveries. If you need to make any delivery changes after the window has closed, please contact email@example.com. There may be an additional fee for changes once the package has left our facility and is in their possession. Please notify us immediately in the case of an emergency and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
