About Our Food:
Do I have to be on a subscription to order?
Not at all! We have weekly subscriptions as an option so you don’t have to remember to order each week, but you can cancel at anytime. You can also order meals al-a-carte, or just order one PREP Pack at a time whenever you would like.
Is this an ingredient box I have to cook myself?
Definitley NOT. We do all the shopping, prepping, cooking, and plating for you. These meals come to you ready to eat. You simply need to reheat and enjoy.
Are you 100% Whole30 compliant?
Yes! All of our meals are made with 100% Whole30 and Paleo compliant ingredients. If that ever changes, we will be sure to communicate that through email and labeling very clearly.
Does the menu ever change?
Yes! we proudly offer a 6 week rotating menu. This means you will never see the same meal for 6 weeks straight. Then we will loop back around again to start the 6 week rotation over and allow you to reorder some of your favorite meals. Our add-on section also rotates with the menu each week.
How long are the meals good for?
Please enjoy your meals within 5 days of receiving them which will be when they are the freshest and most tasty. We also recommend eating any seafood or salad meals first for optimum nutrition and enjoyment. You can also check the labels for a “FREEZE BY” date if that particular meal is freezer friendly.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum for delivery is $60.
Do you have nutrition facts?
YES! Nutrition facts are located on the description card for each individual meal on our site and on the physical label when you receive the meals in person. Additionally, the ingredients and
superfoods are also listed.
Where is your food made?
All meals are prepared and cooked in our commercial kitchen space, located inside the 4th Street Market in Santa Ana, CA. Our chefs are certified by food handler safe and we follow all health code requirements to ensure your food is handled with caution, care, and love.
About Our Deliveries:
Can I pick up my order instead?
No. We only do deliveries.
Where do you deliver?
Right now we are currently serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. However, if you are outside of our delivery zone and have a group order please email us at [email protected] and we can try to make something work.
When do you deliver?
Your PREP Box will arrive on your doorstep Mondays between 5am and 8pm. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY. You will receive a text notification once your meals have arrived.
What is the deadline to order for a Monday Delivery?
You must place your order by Friday at midnight for the following Monday delivery.
Can I have it delivered to a specific place?
YES! Do not forget to leave details (access code, location to leave box, etc). NOTE: If you live in an area that requires your physical presence or verbal communication, then you must be home for delivery. PREPable is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the correct address, but stolen because the driver was not able to access your home/building. If the box was delivered to the correct address and was taken or stolen, PREPable is not responsible for the theft and cannot provide refunds. Please let us know if this ever happens and we will do our best to help.
Can I return my packaging?
At this time, we do not take back ice packs, meal trays or lids, insulated liners, or delivery boxes. We encourage you to reuse, recycle, and compost (as applicable) as often as possible.
We appreciate your efforts in helping us to stay as sustainable as we can be. We are hoping to have a better recycling/reuse program in the near future!
